(1) The University shall have a special fund of its own and the following funds shall be in that fund:-

(a) Assistance or grant received from the Government of Nepal. Amount,

(b) amount provided by a person or organization in the form of donation, donation, donation and financial assistance,

(c) amount of support and subsidy received from individuals or organizations associated with industry, business,

(d) support and subsidy received from rural municipality or municipality Amount,

(e) amount of assistance and loan received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments or agencies or financial institutions,

(f) Amount received from fees or any other source.

(2) According to clause (e) of sub-section (1), the University shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal when it receives any amount.< /p>

(3) The funds of the University shall be opened and deposited in an account in the specified bank and the operations of the funds and accounts of the University shall be as specified. /p>
